2. General information

We process personal data only where necessary to provide a functional website, respond to enquiries or meet legal obligations.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act and the TDDDG.

03

3. Hosting and server log data

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you access the website, the hosting provider and web server may process technical log data required to deliver the website.

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • requested page or file
  • transferred data volume and HTTP status code
  • referrer URL, browser type and operating system

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free delivery of the website. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for operation and security, unless longer retention is necessary to investigate a security incident.

04

4. Contact form and direct enquiries

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, telephone number, message, submission time and confirmation of data processing.

The data is used to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. If your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where you provide consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies.

Enquiry data is deleted once the matter has been completed, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate grounds require continued storage.

05

5. Strictly necessary cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary Laravel cookies to maintain sessions and protect forms against abusive requests. These include the “eurossa-session” session cookie and the “XSRF-TOKEN” CSRF protection cookie.

These cookies are required to provide the website requested by you. Storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG, and the subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The regular session duration is up to two hours.

06

6. Fonts

The website uses locally hosted web fonts. Loading these fonts does not establish a connection to an external font provider.

07

7. External video content

Individual pages may contain a video configured through YouTube or Vimeo. A connection to the relevant provider is established only when you actively start playback. The provider may then receive your IP address, device and browser information and the page you visited.

Activation is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Providers outside the European Economic Area may process data in third countries.

08

8. Recipients and processors

We disclose personal data only where permitted or required by law. Recipients may include our hosting provider, technical service providers and employees who need the data to respond to your enquiry.

Where service providers process data on our behalf, they are engaged under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

09

9. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. It is then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention periods, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or security requirements justify continued storage.

10

10. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, contact info@eurossa.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

Submit a complaint to the LfDI Baden-Württemberg

11. Data security

We use encrypted HTTPS connections and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.

12

12. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We update this Privacy Policy when the website, the services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
